24/7 control room: -

We have a 24 hours and 365 days functional ‘control room’ located at #174, 1st floor, St. john’s road, Bangalore – 560042. All our field officers and field managers are provided with company mobile phones for instant communication all the time.

Selection process: -

Before selection, we undertake a thorough screening. We generally prefer sponsored candidates with proper references. We confirm one’s identity by their various records like school certificates, ration cards etc., apart from other cross-questioning interrogation. After that we carry out ‘police verification’ of all our selected candidates.

Training: -

Each recruit is given “one week” of indoor and outdoor training. The training schedule comprises of:-

Security duties with emphasis on concept of security, eye for details, observations, alertness, identification, recording of events, documentation, checks & procedure, patrolling, investigations, crowd control, etc.

Fire Fighting

A lot of money is spent on systems like smoke detectors, fire alarm panels, sprinkler systems, and hydrant systems. But during an emergency very often there are not enough trained people to use them. Thus training on these systems and how to use them becomes mandatory. If trained company staff are available to use the fire extinguisher and hydrant system, the fire can be fought till the time the fire service personnel reach the spot and it can save many valuable lives and property

First Aid
